Thoughts with Mommeh on Thursday evening....

We are long overdue for our post and tag from our dear friends at, The Kitty Krew.

They tagged me, the mom, for a meme.

I will be posting 10 facts!

1. I've been married for almost 2 years! And, our wedding date is the day after my birthday. Many people ask why, and it's because it was exactly 30 months that we had been dating.

2. I have a weird problem with odd numbers. It's some OCD (i have a lot of that) and, if the volume on something has numbers, i HAVE to have it on an even number.... or else i will think about it the whole time instead of enjoying the music.

3. I was born in New Jersey. Although many people believe it's a crummy place, it's not all bad. There are a lot of cities you can't go to anymore, but there are some beautiful towns. I say 'draw' instead of 'drawer' which is apparently a jersey thing. And i pronounce my A's differently than others.

4. I too, just like the kitty's mom, remember the address of the house i lived in back when i was five. I remember the phone number as well. And, the phone number of my best friend that i called almost everyday to hang out.

5. I absolutely LOVE the vets that i work for. I get very upset when i hear that other families don't have the relationship or the trust for the vets they go to. I would trust my babies life in my vet's hands any day. Sometimes when it's a bad situation with an angry animal, my life too.

6. I can cross one eye and keep the other straight. Even though it gives me a huge headache, i enjoy freaking my brother out by doing it.

7. I started blogging with Tesla back in december of 07. She and i have been through everything together. She was a horrible kitten that got into everything. My first week i had her home, she had already been to the vet for an eye injury after jumping off shelves and whacking her face into the washing machine. She ate my carpets, and destroyed many things. Through everything... she's still my heart and soul. She was the first baby that me and my husband had.

8. My favorite color is pink, despite my attempts to thwart it growing up... just because my grandmother said it would be my favorite. I've never liked being told what to do or how to think. For years it was blue, until recently i let my guard down, and in it came.

9. We leave on vacation early in the morning, and i'm already stressed to death about leaving the babies.

10. When i'm at work, i seem to do very well with remembering everything, getting everything done, and multi-tasking. At home, i can't seem to remember anything from one room to the next.
