Here ben is running through the path that the neighborhood people plowed for each other.
This is Ben running through the snow in our *plowed* streets.
tuesday into wednesday, we got another 2 feet.
Ben didn't know WHAT to do. After doing his business on wednesday morning- during the blizzard- he asked mom and dad to carry him each time he went out.
someone also asked mom if there was a dog on the end of the leash she had, because the snow was so incredibly high, mom looked like she was just holding a leash.
When the snow got deep- ben couldn't stand at all, and there were a lot of times where he was actually crawling through the snow.
Here he is demonstrating that crawl.
it's pretty weird that the light in this photo looked green... because it's a bright yellow normally. Here is ben trying to get back to our house.

another reason we are glad to be indoor kitties- they are expecting another storm on monday!

Holy Moly, Canoli, Guacamole!!! You guys got hit HARD with the white stuff! We gots about 8.5 inches here! But, we did hear more for Monday/Tuesday! Poor Benny, hope his toesies are thawed out by now! Stay warm furriends and Happy Valentine's Day!

Holy cats! That's a lotta snow! My parents wish they could play in it for 15 minutes, then be done with it. Can you send them some?
No worries about my barkday and gifts. I have plenty at my house. I am a lucky cat to have a home and people who love me. I get to sleep on a people bed and drink milk. That's all I need to be happy and content!
Wow Ben!! That is ALOT of snow! I sure am glad I live where it's warm cuz I think I'd get lost if I had to go out in all that snow. You are a brave boy, and I really like your crawl!!!

Ben needs a winter parka AND boots! Hansel you would freeze with your shaved hair! I think they could turn off your snow machine any time now...it was pretty and rare at first but by now enough is enough...don't you agree?
