HI guys!
Sorry we have been absent but mom is really trying to get to work (she can't get her car out again) we got another ~ 2 feet of snow tuesday-wednesday. it's been a blizzardy week! and, they're calling for more on monday!!!!!
Today, we are thankful because we are INDOOR kitties. We know there is a cat that has been walking around the neighborhood- but mom thinks he has an owner because she can never seem to find him, just his prints. but mom said if she ever did find him she would do everything she could to bring him inside (in a carrier away from the other cats JUST in case he has something) and see if we could get him out of the weather. No cat should have to live in that!
However, mom advises other moms- Our mom has a rabies vaccine- so if she got bit it wouldn't be so bad, and because she works with mean cats all the time- she knows a bit about handling them. However, YOUR moms should never directly approach a cat they don't know, especially if it's being mean. If your mom's get bit- depending on the state- the state can kill the cat to test him for rabies. AND- you have to go to a dr, because we have seen people lose fingers and sometimes limbs due to infections from cat bites. PLEASE don't approach a cat you don't know! unless you are experienced with it.
ANYWAY- off to try to find mom a ride to work! be safe kitties!

We hope that kittie stays warm. We have ferals too, but our neighbors, who continue to feed them and let them breed, have little places for them to stay. We have some hay under our side deck, so they often go in there. Mom wishes she had the green papers to get them spayed and neutered, but we don't right now and we don't have a local Humane Society to come and take them either. Quite a few of them would be adoptable, as mom pets a few from time to time. We hope you're all nice and toasty!
Good advice! Hey, we've been missing you!
We have outdoor kitties in our family that live in our garage at night and during bad weather=they have beds, toys, a heater and a fan; we hope you find that lonely kitty and save him from the snow!!...We LOVE being indoor kitties too=Mommy says we are not spoiled, just very loved!...xo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
What good advice....you have a very wonderful and wise mom. Stay warm and safe and we hope your weather gets better soon. xxxxxxxx
Stay warm.
Brrrrrr!
We've noticed a black kitty roaming near our house lately. We think he lives in the drains in the neighborhoods. I really wish people practiced responsible breeding.
That is great advice from your mom - kitty bites can get infected quickly - Lola bit me once and it got infected in only a few hours even with good cleaining.
We are glad that you are safe inside and hope that the neighborhood kitty has a warm place to sleep at night and good food!
We are even having snow here today!
Hope you all stay warm!

Thanks for the advice. I didn't realize bites could be that bad.
Hansel and the other kitty look good. Glad Hansel is recouping so well.
Mom is always feeling sorry for the kitties she sees in the neighborhood/
You are so lucky to have such a lovely mummy.
We wish Zolie would come in.
She is wintering up in the insulation in our garage. She gets food & water every day AND her own litter box.
Mom treats her like a queen. We say she's a tramp.
We are glad to be indoor kitties too, especially in the Wintertime!!!
We hope that kitty does have a home and is inside.
Good luck to your Mom.You guys have way more snow than we do :o

We cannot believe how much snow you are getting! I feel so sorry for all the kitties and pups stranded outdoors; I hope they find someplace warm and dry.But you mom is right and her advice is good. I hope she can dig out her car and get around better soon...is dad's car also stuck?
Snow, snow, snow. You sure are getting lots of snow! You are very lucky to be indoor kitties and that you sometimes get to go outdoors on a leash on the nice days.
My Mom says she hopes your Mom received the paypal money for the prints!
